Ken has worked with public sector and consulting organisations for 30 years and is a founding member of Libre. Ken has worked with a diverse range of clients across health, government – both local and international – and justice and has extensive knowledge and understanding of financial strategy and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ken has worked with the Big Four as well as medium sized consultancy companies and prior to his consulting career Ken worked in government finance as an accountant.

Ken’s recent projects include working for States of Guernsey on secondary care, financial scrutiny and fraud risk across many local and central government services. He has also supported three councils in Lincolnshire to develop a business case for shared service provision; supported procurement of blue and white collar services including Strategic Partnerships; and conducted a review of financial management arrangements and contractual arrangements including the Scottish Council on its transformation of support services – enabling it to reduce costs by 20%.

Ken also led on the mobilisation and service performance projects within primary care services in London. He also led the mobilisation of the Olympic Park GP practice and has undertaken primary care service performance projects, procurement of blue and white collar services including Strategic Partnerships.
